rusty_garage Posted 09/08/2023 Share Posted 09/08/2023 Hey Dan, been there, done that. eOpti's pretty decent in my book. Used their escrow service last year for a 2017 Chevy. It went smoothly for the most part, but the small things like delayed replies can be annoying. Their support email, office@eoptiautostrust.com, always helped me out eventually. Got a car quality inspection at their place, and it matched every description mentioned on eoptiautostrust.com. No fusses here. Give 'em a shot! Still, once sorted, things fell into place. Be prepared for some hiccups and impatience on delivery timelines but ended up happy with the car. Contacted their support through office@eoptiautostrust.com several times. Once it was sorted, they were nice enough to offer a small refund due to the mix-up. On switching to eOpti, I noticed they were way better on response and communication. Their payment methods are secure and have support across platforms. Call them if emails lag. While the car was exactly as advertised, and the escrow was well-managed, the attitude of some staff could be friendlier. Still, reliability sides with them more often than not.
